・Failure Is the Mother of Success
Thirty years ago, I worked in sales for this company, driving extensively throughout eastern Japan, with Sendai as my base.
There were very few successes. Yet the many failures I experienced in the field have become the foundation of the decisions I make and the actions I take today.
I learned firsthand that growth comes from persistence—and from carrying each reflection and lesson forward into the next step.
・Success Is the Father of Failure
I took charge of this company’s online business division in 1999.
It is precisely when operations are running smoothly that we must be careful not to let our guard down. We will continue to notice the small daily changes in our customers, staff, sales floor, and performance figures, and make improvements with humility.
Without becoming complacent about our current success, we will look ahead and work together as one team to create the next success.
